TICKETS
All venues offer wheelchair spaces in designated areas. These are limited and reserved on a first come-first served basis.
Personal Assistant tickets are available for anyone who requires support to attend the event. These should be requested in advance. For specific access requests, please email info@manchestermusiccity.com before buying your ticket.

VENUE INFORMATION
ALBERT HALL
ADDRESS: 27 Peter Street, Manchester M2 5QR
Albert Hall is a Grade II listed building which is adapted to accessibility requirements with accessible toilet facilities, a viewing platform, and a recently installed passenger lift for accessibility requirements, as well as staff providing drinks running services, where required. The lift capacity is 630kg and has internal dimensions of 1110mm x 1310mm and a door opening width of 810mm. Please see the venue’s accessibility page for further information.
AVIVA STUDIOS
ADDRESS: Water Street, Manchester M3 4JQ
Aviva Studios has step-free access to all areas of the venue. Accessible toilets are available on every level. Wheelchair spaces are available in The Hall and in The Warehouse. They have portable stools available to borrow if you would benefit from resting along the way during your visit. Please see the venue’s accessibility page for further information.
THE BRIDGEWATER HALL

HOME
ADDRESS: 2 Tony Wilson Place, Manchester M15 4FN
HOME provides access to all areas of the building via the lift. The cinema screens are situated on the top floor with wheelchair access in every screen. Assistance is also available for deaf or hearing-impaired patrons. Please see the venue’s accessibility page for further information.
MANCHESTER CENTRAL EXCHANGE AUDITORIUM
ADDRESS: Exchange Foyer, Windmill Street, Manchester M2 5GP
Manchester Central has step-free access to all areas of the venue. For the night-time music showcases we are using the Exchange Foyer Entrance located on street level to the right of the forecourt. Wheelchair spaces are available in the Exchange Auditorium and there is an induction loop for hearing support. Please see the venue’s accessibility page for further information.
O2 RITZ MANCHESTER

O2 Ritz Manchester has step free access to the ground floor main auditorium level. There is no lift to balcony and basement levels.
